Craig’s Memorial Bench

A note to family, friends and visitors:

 

You may question why we have made this website and why we participate in ceremonies that seem to prolong our grief. Before we lost Craig, we would have asked the same thing but, being on the other side of this type of loss, has given us a totally different perspective. We are not trying to prolong our agony, it does not matter what road we choose, we will always grieve Craig. There is no getting over it, or moving on, for a parent. The only thing a parent can do is learn to live with it. Our way, is to honor Craig as much as we can and keep his memory alive. A memory, a thought, is all we have left. For each hit that this website gets, for each person that speaks his name, it keeps him in their hearts and his life goes on. His two children deserve as many memories as we can gather because we all had a different relationship with Craig which showed a different part of his wonderful personality.
